AirAutonomo is a platform that connects drone pilots with businesses and individuals looking to hire drone pilots for various jobs. AirAutonomo is not a party to any agreements between the users of the platform. AirAutonomo is not an employer or an employment agency. AirAutonomo is not responsible for the actions of its users.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to use AirAutonomo. By using AirAutonomo, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to notify AirAutonomo immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. AirAutonomo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the user's failure to comply with these terms.
Users are solely responsible for the content they post on AirAutonomo. Users agree not to post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Users agree not to post any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party. Users agree not to post any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Users agree not to post any content that is unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
Users agree not to post any content that is false, deceptive, or misleading.
Users agree not to post any content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
AirAutonomo reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Users agree not to interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the service.
Users agree not to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent their affiliation with a person or entity.
Users agree not to forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the service.
Users agree not to "stalk" or otherwise harass another.
Users agree not to collect or store personal data about other users.
Users agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service.
Users agree not to upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited email, SMSs, or "spam" messages.
Users agree not to transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
Users agree not to modify, adapt, or hack the service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the service.
Users agree not to resell the service without the express written permission of AirAutonomo.
Users agree not to use the service to harm minors in any way.
Users agree not to use the service to transmit any content that they do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary, and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).
Users are allowed to post job listings on AirAutonomo. Each job listing must be a legitimate employment or service opportunity and described accurately. Users accepting job offers are solely responsible for verifying the details and authenticity of the job and the employer. AirAutonomo is not responsible for verifying the authenticity, accuracy, or legitimacy of job postings.
The person or entity posting a job is solely responsible for the content of the posting and ensuring it complies with all relevant laws, including employment laws, discrimination laws, and other applicable regulations.
Job listings containing misleading information, discriminatory language, or promoting illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will be removed.
AirAutonomo may charge fees for posting jobs or for additional features relating to job postings. Persons accepting jobs are responsible for negotiating their own payment terms with the job poster. AirAutonomo is not responsible for any disputes related to payments between the job poster and the job acceptor.
Users agree not to circumvent, avoid, bypass, or obviate AirAutonomo's platform directly or indirectly to avoid payment of fees in connection with any transaction initiated through AirAutonomo. Users are prohibited from engaging, discussing, or entering into any agreements with other users introduced through AirAutonomo outside of the platform for 24 months from the last interaction on the platform.
Payments made through AirAutonomo are processed using Stripe, a third-party payment processing service. By using this payment option, you agree to abide by Stripe's terms of service and acknowledge that AirAutonomo is not responsible for any faults, discrepancies, or issues that may arise from the use of Stripe.
Any disputes related to job postings, job acceptances, or any transactions related to the jobs must be resolved between the involved parties. AirAutonomo is not obligated to intervene in such disputes.
AirAutonomo offers a service of processing photos into various assets, including but not limited to 3D models and orthomosaic maps. The quality and accuracy of the processed assets depend on the quality, resolution, and appropriateness of the provided photos. Users bear sole responsibility for any issues arising from the photos they provide.
Users are responsible for the content they post and must refrain from any fraudulent activities or misrepresentation. They must respect the terms and conditions of all agreements made on AirAutonomo.
AirAutonomo does not offer refunds for any fees related to job postings or additional features. Users are encouraged to understand the full terms and conditions of any transaction before proceeding. AirAutonomo reserves the right to suspend or terminate the access of any user found violating the terms of service, engaging in fraudulent activities, or acting detrimentally to other users or the platform.

If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Service shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure of AirAutonomo to enforce or exercise a right provided in these terms is not a waiver of that right.
In no event shall AirAutonomo, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this service. Under no circumstances will AirAutonomo be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the service or your account or the information contained therein.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AirAutonomo assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our service; (iii) unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iv) interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service; (v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party; (vi) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service; and/or (vii) user content or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall AirAutonomo's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid AirAutonomo in the last six (6) months, or, if greater, one hundred dollars ($100). The limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between AirAutonomo and you. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
